Please note that our guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.

Our guarantee excludes accidental damage and wear and tear. Only furniture used in a domestic environment is covered.

Please note this guarantee applies to furniture based in mainland UK only.

What is covered:

  • Our three year structural guarantee covers your furniture against manufacturing defects or failures of the structure of the frame including any springs or webbing.
  • All other parts of the furniture are covered by a twelve month guarantee.  This includes any fabrics, cushion fillings and stitching.

What is not covered:

The guarantee does not cover damage arising from any of the following circumstances:

  • General wear & tear
  • Deliberate misuse of the furniture
  • Use in a commercial environment
  • Failure to correctly maintain the furniture
  • Any upholstery fabric that has been stained or damaged as a result of exposure to chemicals
  • Damage caused by incorrect cleaning methods or products not first approved by us or failure to follow any product care instructions provided
  • Unreasonable exposure to water or heat
  • Damage caused by fire or smoke
  • Fading or discoloration due to prolonged exposure to direct sunlight

This guarantee is non-transferable if you choose to sell or donate your furniture to someone else.

How to make a claim

In the event of a claim occurring under guarantee please contact us with summary of the issue, order number, name and address and where possible, accompanying photos. We will then contact you by email or telephone to advise if the claim is valid within a reasonable timeframe.

What happens in the event we accept a claim

In the event of an accepted claim we will endeavor to repair the item free of charge. If a repair is not possible, you will be offered a free of charge replacement. If a suitable replacement isn’t available you will be offered a full refund.
