I live in a multi-storey building, will the courier bring the item up to my property?
Due to insurance policy reasons our couriers are only permitted to deliver your item(s) to the front door of your building.
How long will it take to receive delivery of my furniture?
Once you’ve placed your order with us, we will start building your item as soon as possible and aim to have it with you within 5-7 working days. We will contact you the day before delivery, advising of an approximate time frame for arrival to your property.
Which locations do you deliver to?
We currently deliver to the UK Mainland only. But there is the possibility of a global delivery service in the future, Stay tuned!
Can I track my delivery?
Sure, at the point of placing the order you’ll be asked to enter a mobile phone number, for which you’ll receive updates from the courier company by text. However, if for any reason you don’t receive any updates, or there is a problem, let us know and we’ll gladly follow up on your behalf.
Will the delivery boxes be heavy?
No, the delivery of the chair or sofa is split into two to three boxes, which are light enough to be moved to their desired location in the home.
Will the delivery fit through my doorway?
Definitely, your order is split into 2 – 3 boxes and therefore should fit through the tightest doorways.
